Wire Management

Wire and cables require the addition of heat shrink tubing to be fully ABYC compliant and to ensure moisture does not cause corrosion and degradation of the electrical system. We use cross linked polyolefin tubing due to its strength and burn resistance as compared to PVC tubing. A heat activated adhesive lining provides an impervious seal to salt water, oil, acids, and sunlight as well as providing strain relief. Proper cable management also includes the use of cable ties, clamps, and tape. We rigorously test these accessory products to ensure they are well suited for the harshest environments imaginable.
